Booking software for studios: the full comparison

It depends on what you mean by workshop, because the word covers two different businesses.

If your workshop is a creative one and you sell classes (pottery, painting, jewellery, sewing, paint and sip), you need a program that understands group places, class passes, memberships and waiting lists.

In Spain, as of 21 August 2026, there are only three options designed for that: The Ceramic App, Agendatia and Aforo.

If yours is a mechanic's or repair workshop, what you're looking for is work-order and invoicing software, which is a whole other category, and none of the eleven we compare here will work for you.

And if what you offer is appointments between one person and one professional, a generic scheduler like Reservio, Bookitit or SuperSaaS is more than enough and you'll pay quite a bit less.

Look at the table above before deciding: it includes the price and commission of all eleven.

There are several with a free plan, but read the small print, because what's free is usually the fee and not the real cost.

With data checked on 20 and 21 August 2026, SuperSaaS is free up to 50 future bookings and charges no commission.

Reservio is free up to 40 bookings every 30 days, but keeps 3% of every online payment. Zenamu is free up to 30 orders a month, also with 3%.

And Momence has a free plan with up to 5% plus 4% charged to the end customer.

The sum that decides it is simple: once you go past about €970 a month in online payments, that 3% comes to more than a flat fee with no commission.

Aforo has no free plan and starts at €29 a month.

It depends on what you sell, and the question that really decides it is whether you sell appointments or places.

If you sell classes with shared capacity, class passes, monthly memberships and pieces that have to go back to their owners, as of 21 August 2026 there are only three options in Spanish designed for studios.

One is The Ceramic App, which works only with pottery. Another is Agendatia, with make-up classes and credits, although payment goes by bank transfer.

The third is Aforo, the only one that adds piece tracking, priority enrolment by seniority, quotes for celebrations and commission-free online payments.

If yours is yoga or fitness, the place to look is Zenamu, Timp or bsport, which are built for that.

And if you really only need one-to-one appointments, Reservio or Bookitit will do, with SuperSaaS as the flexible, cheap option for resource schedules.

Going by the data checked on their own websites between 20 and 21 August 2026, only two of them: Aforo and SuperSaaS.

With Aforo it's 0% on all plans, and payments go through the business's own Stripe or Redsys account. SuperSaaS charges no commission of its own.

The rest keep a percentage of every payment. Zenamu charges 3% on its free plan and 1.5% on Standard.

Reservio takes between 1.19% and 3% plus a fixed fee, depending on the plan.

Momence takes up to 5% on its free plan, plus 4% that it charges to the end customer. Timp and bsport don't publish this figure anywhere.

The sums matter: on €3,000 a month in revenue, 3% is €90 a month that no price list mentions anywhere.

Eight of the eleven publish their full prices: Aforo, Agendatia, The Ceramic App, Zenamu, Reservio, Bookitit, SuperSaaS and Momence.

Mindbody publishes only its entry plan, from £89 a month per location, and leaves the higher ones out.

Timp and bsport publish no figures at all: to find out what they cost you have to go through a sales demo or ask for a quote.

A price that isn't published may be expensive or cheap, but you won't be able to compare it without handing over your details and getting on a call.

And that's worth knowing before you start looking, especially if you're comparing five at once.
