It doesn’t depend on how much you sell: no plan has a cap on bookings. It depends on what you need switched on.

Taller, €29 a month, comes with the core (calendar, classes and workshops, payments, customers and reports) plus memberships and the calendar inside your website.

If you also keep pieces at the studio, sell class passes or gift vouchers, or open groups through pre-enrolment, Estudio is the plan for you, at €49 a month.

And if you send quotes for celebrations, run WhatsApp from the dashboard or connect Aforo to other programs, it’s Escuela, at €69 a month.

The usual path is to start with Taller and move up the day you switch on one more module: the change applies from your next monthly fee and there’s nothing to migrate.

And if you choose wrong, it doesn’t matter: there’s no minimum term and you can change plan whenever you like, with no penalty and no paperwork.

Nothing changes in your monthly fee: no plan has a cap on bookings, so nothing gets cut off, your calendar isn’t blocked and you don’t pay more for selling more.

Your students keep booking and you keep taking payments, whether you have two hundred bookings a month or two thousand.

What changes from one plan to the next is which modules you have switched on.

If, as you grow, you start selling class passes or opening groups through pre-enrolment, that’s in Estudio; if you quote for celebrations or connect Aforo to other programs, it’s in Escuela.

Nor is there a charge per extra booking hidden in the terms, because Aforo doesn’t charge per booking on any plan.

And we think it’s more honest for the website to state the price than to make you ask for a quote to find it out: of the eleven programs we compared in August 2026, three don’t publish any figure at all.

Because a trial on your own with an empty program proves nothing.

The fifteen days almost always end the same way: you haven’t had time to add your catalogue, your timetables or your rules, and you decide based on a screen that looks nothing like your studio.

We’d rather do the opposite and take the work on ourselves: we show you Aforo in a twenty-minute demo with your classes in it, with your prices and your capacities, so you see your own week and not a sample one.

Then you decide. If you sign up, there’s no minimum term: you cancel whichever month you like and take your data with you, exported.

There’s no free plan either, and we say so here instead of hiding it at the end of a form, because finding that out late is what really annoys people.

If you’d rather think it over after the demo, we won’t call you three times that week.

Aforo charges no commission per booking on any plan, not now and not when you grow.

The money from your classes doesn’t pass through us: it goes straight to your Stripe or Redsys account, and from there to your bank.

What your payment provider does charge is its fee for each card payment, just as if you sold from your own website, and that fee is set by the provider.

Setup, migrating your data from another system and support are included. There’s no sign-up fee, no extras billed separately, no per-user price and no surcharge for opening a new course.

If one month you don’t teach, you pay the same as if you’d taught twenty classes: the fee is fixed, and in January you know what it will cost you in October.

Yes, and without calling anyone or giving a reason. There’s no minimum term and no twelve-month contract: Aforo is paid month by month, and the month you decide to stop, you stop.

Moving up a plan applies straight away, so you can do it right when you open a new course, and moving down applies from the next billing cycle.

When you cancel, you take your data with you: customers, bookings, class passes, memberships and history, exported in a format you can open in a spreadsheet or load into another program.

They don’t stay here as hostages. You can download those files any month, while you’re still with us and without depending on us, not only on the day you leave.

Migration from your current system is included when you join, and the export when you leave, at no cost in either direction.

Yes. Every monthly Aforo fee comes with its invoice, with all the tax details, in your business’s name and with VAT shown separately, and it reaches you by email on the day it’s charged.

You can also download it from your dashboard when your accountant asks for it at an awkward moment, which is always.

On top of that, Aforo handles the invoicing for your own classes: your students’ receipts, monthly memberships with sequential numbering and arrears in plain sight, so you know who owes what without going back through conversations.

The data lives in the European Union and can be exported whenever you like, so your accountant can pull the whole quarter without depending on us.
