SuperSaaS is a veteran all-purpose scheduler, cheap and with no commission per booking: plans from €7 a month, plus a free one, as of 21 August 2026.
It's so flexible it can book anything from padel courts to consultations.
Its free plan goes up to 50 future bookings and the €7-a-month plan to 100, counted at any one time. That flexibility is its limit for a studio.
Everything that makes your business different has to be simulated with settings: the class pass that expires, the monthly membership with what's owed on it, the eight-week course with a regular spot.
And ceramic pieces don't even exist. Aforo costs more (from €29 to €69 a month) and is the opposite: zero creative configuration.
Class passes, memberships, priority enrolment by seniority and piece tracking come ready-made, with 0% commission and payments through your Stripe or your Redsys.

What limitations do its own users mention?
Three, according to the public reviews collected as of 21 August 2026.
There's no basket, so each class is booked in a separate transaction. It's the most repeated explicit complaint for academies.
Credits on a class pass aren't returned automatically when a booking is cancelled. And old records are purged over time, so your business's history doesn't build up.
None of them is a flaw for booking a court or a consultation, which is its home ground, but all three affect the day-to-day running of a studio with courses, class passes and students who have been coming for years.
Why does Aforo cost more than SuperSaaS?
You pay so you don't have to simulate. The difference between €14 and €29 a month is real, and we say so plainly.
In SuperSaaS the ten-class pass, the membership with arrears or the course with a regular spot are configurations you build and maintain. In Aforo they are the product.
And some things can't be simulated at all. No configuration gives a ceramic piece its statuses, a photo and a pick-up message, or allocates the places on a new course by seniority.
No sales pitch
When SuperSaaS is a better choice than Aforo
You need a resource schedule and nothing more
A rehearsal room, a wheel by the hour, one-off appointments. There it more than does the job and its price is hard to beat.
Your volume is still small
Its free plan goes up to 50 future bookings and charges no commission.
As long as you sell individual places and take payment at the studio, it holds up perfectly well and there's no rush to switch.
You don't mind setting it up by hand
It's a blank notebook, and it does almost anything if you give it an afternoon.
If that doesn't scare you, paying €29 a month makes no sense at all, and we say so on our own website.
