To find out what it costs you have to hand over your details and go through a sales call.

That's the case for three of the eleven programs we compare, and it says nothing about whether Timp is expensive or cheap.

It says that to find out, you have to sit down with a salesperson before you can put it next to any other figure.

Aforo publishes its prices from day one: €29, €49 or €69 a month excluding VAT, with 0% commission per booking and no minimum term.

If Timp ever publishes its prices, we'll update this page and say so with the date, as we do with the rest of the comparison.

The table is only worth anything if it's true on the day you read it.

Yes. Aforo's setup includes a migration from any system, done with you, and it's included in the price at no extra cost. The process is always the same.

You export your data from your current account. We import your catalogue of classes and courses, your customers with their contact details and any active class passes with their remaining sessions.

Then we check the result with you before the switchover. We don't leave you with a file and a manual.

If your Timp account holds anything that won't export cleanly, you'll hear it from us before you sign up, not after.

And the switchover happens on the day you say, which in a studio is usually between courses or at the start of a term, so nobody gets caught halfway through enrolment.
