Agendatia is, along with Aforo, one of the few programs in Spanish genuinely designed for studios with recurring classes.
It automates make-up classes, credits and reminders, and sells through a demo and payment by bank transfer.
If you're torn between the two, you're looking in the right place.
The differences are in the model and the scope. Agendatia charges by number of students, so growing moves you up a tier.
As of 1 September 2026 it's €39, €79 and €149 a month for up to 40, 120 or 400 students.
Its 35% launch discount expired on 31 August. Aforo charges a flat rate with no cap on students, and adds what a studio has beyond the calendar.
It handles ceramic pieces with their pick-up message, priority enrolment by seniority and quotes for groups and companies.
And it takes payments online through your Stripe or your Redsys with 0% commission.
It also covers the public website with paid booking, not just the internal management.

What does Aforo have that Agendatia doesn't?
The rest of the studio's business, starting with public booking with online payment.
With Agendatia, payment goes by bank transfer after the demo; with Aforo, your students book and pay on their own through your Stripe or your Redsys.
Aforo also handles ceramic pieces with their status and pick-up message, and priority enrolment by seniority to allocate the places on the new course.
Also quotes for companies and celebrations, and gift vouchers.
And the pricing model: with a flat rate, going from 40 to 60 students doesn't move you up a tier. Growing doesn't raise your fee.
How are the two alike?
In quite a lot, and we say so before the differences. Both are written in Spanish for studios with classes that repeat, rather than adapted from an appointment calendar.
Both handle make-up classes and class passes automatically, which is half of an academy's paperwork.
And both are shown in a demo and signed up for with no minimum term, with no twelve-month contract involved.

When Agendatia is a better choice than Aforo
Your headache is make-up classes and credits
It's Agendatia's flagship and it takes it seriously: its promise to give you back 8 to 12 hours a month is won or lost on exactly that ground.
Your studio fits in its 40-student tier
If your studio doesn't go beyond 40 students and you're not going to change tier, its price doesn't move.
Careful when comparing, though, because since 6 September 2026 Aforo's entry plan has been €29 a month.
That's ten euros less than its entry tier, and with no cap on students.
You'd rather have a money-back guarantee than a demo
Agendatia refunds your money within 21 days. Aforo has no guarantee and no trial: the way in is a twenty-minute demo, full stop.
